Same grid as EuroMillions, different game
Since March 2022, when the Euro number pool grew from 10 to 12 and the Tuesday draw was added, Eurojackpot uses exactly the same grid as EuroMillions: five numbers from 50 and two from 12. The jackpot odds are therefore identical, 1 in 139,838,160. The games are still different. They are sold in different countries, Spain being the only one that has both, the caps differ, and Eurojackpot has no prize for two numbers without a Euro number, which is why its overall odds are lower.
- No method can change the odds. Frequency charts describe the past, not Friday.
- A random line shares less. Popular combinations are split between more winners; the chance of winning is the same.
Eurojackpot isn’t sold in the UK or Ireland. Where it is legal, buy from the official operator, at legal age, with a budget you set in advance.
