For a school project, a city break or a geography game, spin through 45 countries: the 44 UN member states in Europe, including Russia and Cyprus, plus Vatican City. Each one has a 1 in 45 chance per spin, about 2.2%. Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan sit on the Asia wheel, as in the UN's regions; add them here on new lines if your teacher or your quiz counts them as European.
Not every European country is in the European Union, and not every EU member uses the euro. Bulgaria became the 21st euro country on 1 January 2026.
| Group | Countries on the wheel | Chance per spin |
|---|---|---|
| EU member | 27 | 60% |
| Uses the euro as an EU member | 21 | 46.7% |
| Outside the EU | 18 | 40% |
Six of the countries are microstates: Andorra, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City. They get a slice as big as Russia's.
Type names or options in the box, one per line. Your list stays saved in this browser.
Tap the wheel or the Spin button in its center, press Space, or flick the wheel with your finger or mouse.
The wheel slows down and stops on one slice. Spin again, or remove the winner to draw the next one.

We use the UN's list of countries in Europe, add Cyprus because it is an EU member, and add Vatican City, a sovereign state that is not a UN member. That makes 45. Other lists give 44 or more than 50, depending on how they treat Turkey, the Caucasus and Kosovo.
Yes, as one country. If you need England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland separately, delete the United Kingdom line and type the four nations instead.
Yes. Delete the 18 countries outside the EU from the list and the wheel keeps the 27 members, each with a 1 in 27 chance.
