Pick between and
Thirty-one is the longest a month can be, so this range covers every possible date. Press Generate and you get a number from 1 to 31, each with a chance of one in thirty-one, about 3.2%. Use it to choose a date when nobody can agree on one.
Not every month has 31 days. April, June, September and November stop at 30, and February at 28, or 29 in a leap year. If you are picking a day in one of those months, simply press again when the result does not exist. That keeps every real date equally likely. Changing a 31 into a 30 would not: it would make the 30th twice as likely as any other day.
Shared dates turn up more than you might think. Pick seven days at random with No repeats off, and the chance that two of them land on the same date is about 52%, a little more than a coin flip. If you need different dates, turn No repeats on.
For a whole year rather than a month, the 1 to 365 page picks a day of the year.
31 possible numbers. What changes when you pick more than one at a time:
| Numbers picked | A given number is among them (No repeats on) | At least one number twice (No repeats off) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3.2% | 0% |
| 2 | 6.5% | 3.2% |
| 3 | 9.7% | 9.5% |
| 5 | 16.1% | 28.8% |
| 10 | 32.3% | 80.4% |
| 20 | 64.5% | 99.97% |
The lowest and highest numbers for this page are already in the sentence at the top, and both can come up. Nothing to type before your first pick.
Press Generate or the Space bar, or tap the number. The reel rolls like a slot machine and stops on the result.
Tap how many numbers you want in the sentence to get up to 20 at once; No repeats keeps them all different. Tap either end of the range to type a new one.

Press Generate and, if the number is higher than 28 (or 29 in a leap year), press again. Every real day of February stays equally likely.
One in thirty-one, about 3.2%. The 31st is exactly as likely as the 1st.
